All of our sweets, will last for a minimum of 11 months however some will last up to 18 months. All best before dates are on the back of the product or with the jars on the base.
We cater for all dietary options – vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free and 95% of our range contains zero palm oil with the aim to be 100% palm oil free come January 2024.

Firstly, we’re very sorry your order hasn’t reached you in the condition you’d expect, we pack all our orders in the best possible way using double walled carboard boxes, tissue paper and even bubble wrap from time to time depending on what has been ordered.
Please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue. It would also be really helpful if you could include some images showing the problem. Like that, we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible and make sure these things don’t happen in the future.

As many of our orders are sent as gifts, we never include an invoice in the package. All of the order information will be sent by email, only to the person who places the order.
We offer free delivery on orders over £20.
UK Mainland delivery costs £3.99 on orders under £20.
We can ship your sweets to anywhere in Europe at a flat rate of £30.00 per order. We use DHL, UPS & TNT for international orders and this usually takes 7 – 10 working days to be delivered.
Currently we are not able to send orders through Europe simply due to many issues around Brexit/Customs etc however once we do get this resolved this service will resume.
Please note these delivery times are an estimate and some deliveries may take a little longer due to customs delays, which we are unable to predict or control.
We want your sweets to arrive in perfect condition and taste as good as they did when they left us. That’s why we’ve put a lot of effort into getting our packaging just right.
After carefully placing your sweets in individual food-safe packaging, we wrap them in delicate tissue paper, followed by protective bubble-wrap (where needed). We seal them with an Ask Mummy & Daddy sticker and dispatch them in double-walled boxes to make sure its as secure as possible.
Recycling is important to our business so we are proud to say all of our packaging, mailing bags, tubs and lids are 100% recyclable and we encourage you to re-use your jars.
Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail and takes 3-5 days. Royal Mail advise that 95% of parcels arrive within 2-3 days, with the remaining parcels arriving the next working day.
Courier deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands can take 4-5 business days.
Unfortunately we can’t take responsibility for any delays on the part of Royal Mail. But if there are any problems, we’ll do our best to let you know as soon as we can. All deliveries are once they leave us and we will always do our best to make sure we get your order to you asap.
