The Kings Coronation is around the corner & we have decided to join the celebrations by re-creating our kings Favourite Dessert Lemon Cream.

The dessert was created by chef Enrico Derflingher for the then Prince of Wales, now King Charles III, on one of the Shetland Islands. It was created out of necessity because of a scarcity of ingredients. The Prince liked it so much it became a favourite and he requested that the Italian chef prepare it at formal events at Kensington Palace.

Our Lemon Creams, A Dessert Fit For A King have been created here in the UK using Vanilla, Lemon & Sugar giving this creation the tastiest treat for all those joining in with the celebrations and it's been finished off with the official royal emblem.
